In the event that a TDX attendee becomes injured, students can submit a claim for public liability insurance. TDX shall not compensate attendees.

I hereby forever release and waive my right to bring suit against TDX and its owners, officers, directors, managers, officials, trustees, agents, employees, or other representatives in connection with exposure, infection, and/or spread of COVID-19 related to utilizing TDX services or premises they may rent.

I understand that this waiver means I give up my right to bring any claims including for personal injuries, death, disease or property losses, or any other loss, including but not limited to claims of negligence and give up any claim I may have to seek damages, whether known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen.

CHOICE OF LAW: I understand and agree that the law of the People’s Republic of China will apply to this contract.

I HAVE CAREFULLY READ AND FULLY UNDERSTAND ALL PROVISIONS OF THIS RELEASE, AND FREELY AND KNOWINGLY ASSUME THE RISK AND WAIVE MY RIGHTS CONCERNING LIABILITY AS DESCRIBED ABOVE:

如果TDX参加者受伤，学生可以提交公共责任保险索赔。TDX不会赔偿参加者。

我在此永久性地豁免和放弃对TDX及其所有者、高管、董事、经理、官员、受托人、代理人、员工或其他代表与COVID-19的暴露、感染和/或传播相关的诉讼权利，包括使用TDX服务或租用其场地引起的。我明白，这意味着我放弃了提起任何索赔的权利，包括个人伤害、死亡、疾病或财产损失等任何损失的索赔，包括但不限于疏忽索赔，并且放弃了寻求赔偿的任何权利，不论其已知或未知，可预见或不可预见。

法律选择：我明白并同意中华人民共和国的法律将适用于本合同。

我已仔细阅读并完全理解本稿的所有条款，并自愿和知情地承担风险和放弃我的权利与责任，如上所述
